Welcome email links or password links invalidated by email checks

When a welcome email or password reset email is sent to a user on Appogee, a one-time use URL is included to allow the user to make a change to their password or login for the first time.

Some email systems may open these URLs before allowing the user to see the email in order to check the links are valid or to check they are safe and contain no harmful or disallowed content. This unfortunately invalidates the email meaning the user cannot change/create their password to login.

If your email system operates in this manner, for example Mimecast, you should whitelist the domain name to avoid the links from being checked.

If for some reason you are not able to do so, the following regular expressions (regex) may help your mail system identify messages from our service.
