Permissions to edit the Google integrated calendars from Appogee

In our Appogee environment, we have an integrated Google calendar that sync's leave and sickness requests. After the calendar was syncd with Google, our IT department has given me editing access for the Google calendar, however, every now and then the Google calendar keeps removing my editing access and we have found this to be because of the ACL in Appogee overriding any changes made on the Google side.

Would it be possible to implement the option to allow certain users to manage the events on an Appogee integrated Google calendar without having the permissions removed?
