Option to add national holidays as off-time to show all teams in Google calendar

At the moment, there is no way for team members to request a day off on their country's public holiday since it's non deductible from their vacation balance. This prevents all teams from seeing this in our Google calendar.

It would also be nice if all our team members national holidays can automatically be populated in the Google calendar.
