Within the Time feature, you can set up your company Projects, Customers & Tasks which can then be used to track time against. Projects, Customers & Tasks can be independent elements, or you can set up a Project linked specifically to a Customer. Projects, Customers & Tasks can be made available for all Teams or selected Teams to track time against.
If you have Xero Accounting, you're able to import Customers you have set up in your Xero system through our integration.
The first step is to enable this functionality from your Xero Integration page.
Go to System Config > Integrations > Xero > Customer Import.
Toggle the feature on to allow Project Managers to import Customer through Xero.
Once enabled, head to Time > Manage > Customers.
You'll see the Xero Import button in the top right corner.
You'll then see your customers in the list,tick the box next to those that you want to import and select a colour.
If you have already added a customer which is on the list, the import status will show as Matched.
Customers which have not been added yet will show as new.
Once imported, you'll be able to see them in the Customers list.
