Embed letter templates

It would be useful if we could embed letter templates into the system, like mail merges, to save manual processing when writing employee records. The letter should then be auto saved to the relevant part of the employee file. I have seen this done in many other systems and it avoids room for error as well as saving time, some also have 365 integration to allow you to send, create an audit trail and request signature. All very useful functions it would be nice to see in Appogee!
