Suggestion Box - Notifications

It would be really helpful if the suggestion box could have a notification list rather than just "HR Managers". We have some people who may not be HR Managers (our Employee Ownership Council) that we'd like to receive notifications, but don't necessarily want the notification to go out in email form to everyone with "HR Manager" rights.
