There's a variety of notifications you can set up for the Location feature which will help employees and management of the system.
To set these up go to Location > Config > Notifications.
There is a tab for Notifications which shows you the various notification you can set up.
Tick the boxes of the Notifications to enable them; additional options will appear if you enable the Notification.
Employee Planning Notifications
There's two types of Employee Planning Notifications - Weekly and Daily reminder notifications.
If you choose to enable weekly reminder emails, you will then be prompted to select what time the notification should be sent and also the type - Email, Push or both.
If you choose to enable the daily reminder emails, you will be prompted to select how long after the Start Time to send the notification and also the type - Email, Push or both.
When you're happy with the notifications, click Save Changes.
HR Manager Capacity Notifications
There's two types of HR Manager Capacity Notifications - alert threshold and capacity reached.
If you choose to enable the alert threshold notification you will be prompted to select what type of notification this is - Email, Push or Both.
If you choose to enable the capacity reached notification you will be prompted to select what type of notification this is - Email, Push or Both.
When you're happy with the notifications, click Save Changes.
