Notify when work profile hours change for existing requests

It would be great to have a notification implemented in the application when the work profile for an employee may change where their working hours are either increased/decreased. When this happens currently this affects the number of hours that are associated with leave/compulsory day requests and in the event of working hours being reduced, this means an employee is using more allowance than they should as currently we would have to go into the request and modify it to correct the working hours to reflect against the changes in the work profile. 

If the notification was available to use, this would ensure we don't miss out on instances where an employees working hours have changed and we can then update accordingly.
