Performance Review Completion Notification

When a Performance Review has been completed the staff member gets an email from the system advising them that it has been completed and that they can log in to see the final version.

Can we have the option for the Employees HR Manager to also get this notification email for all completed reviews?

It would help the HR Manager to monitor and track once reviews have been completed.
