GDPR - Deletion of data

It would be helpful to have the option not just to delete an employee and therefore all of their associated data but be able to delete data for existing employees or leavers that we are not required to keep in line with either statutory or recommended retention dates for example. for holiday records to be deleted for all employees after 2 years.

  • I agree.  We have different criteria for documentation:


    e.g. leavers data we keep for 6 years but copies of passports held on Appogee which are collected for Right To Work checks need to deleted 2 years after the employee has left. 


    It would be useful if we could create categories of data and run a GDPR process that will clear out data/records that should no longer be held
