Make session expiration configurable for the organization members
Appogee HR currently expires user sessions after a 24 hour period, requiring a new login to increase security measures for users on unattended or shared devices.
We have dedicated workstations, and quite strict policies about locking them when unattended however.
Can we please add the ability to change or disable the expiration policy in the Administrator settings.
Thank you for your feedback. Security and ease of use is often a trade-off as it is here with timeout periods. Considering we are dealing with data which is often of sensitive nature and in consultation with our security auditors, we have taken a view as to what the optimal timeout value should be. Please be assured we listen to all feedback and will review the situation on a regular basis.
