Notify managers when an employee submits an open sick request

Currently when an employee submits sick leave without returning to work, no email notification is sent to the managers.

A notification is only sent when the employee returns to work and the request requires approval.

Can we please implement a notification for when someone submits an open sick request.

This has now been implemented. When an employee submits a sickness request with an open end date, their manager will receive an alert within the application.
