Restrict New Employees from making leave request until a certain period of time

At my company we have a leave policy where new employees cannot use their leave until after 6 months of working. I think this would be a useful option to have in the Leave Admin > Leave Profiles > Profile , where you can enable or disable as well as set the amount of months that they would have to work for before being able to make leave requests.
