Sickness approval notification emails for requester

When an annual leave request is approved, the requester receives an email confirming that the request has been approved. The same does not occur with a sickness request; for sickness, the requester must log in to Appogee to confirm the status of the request. It would be helpful if confirmation of sickness approvals were emailed to the requester.
