Ability for users to authorise leave for each other

For a flat organisation hierarchy we would like the ability whereby all users can authorise leave for anyone else - EXCEPT themselves.

Thank you for your feature suggestion.
You may wish to add all employees as a Team Manager with Reader privileges and select the checkbox disabling self approval.
