Create a placeholder for leave cancellation request approved for the email templates

When a request gets in a state of cancellation, the cancellation approver still refers to who approved the leave request in first place within the email template. It would be good to create a new placeholder for this, as the system is currently not keeping track of the cancellation_approver.
