Troubleshooting: How do I set up for next year?

Why can't my employees submit their Leave Request for next year?

If your employees are trying to submit Leave Requests for the next Leave Year but the system shows an error saying that they are not permitted to, this means that the Active Leave Years have not yet been ticked for the next year. 

Follow the steps in the first section of this article to rectify this.


Why are there multiple of the same Leave Year showing on the Year at a Glance?
