It's possible to sync Leave Requests and Sickness Reports with your Xero Payroll Account.

This article takes you through the process of mapping Leave and Sickness Types with Xero, to ensure all requests sync across. You can change these syncing options at any point.
To link your Leave and Sickness Types go to System Config > Xero.
Click Request Sync.
The page is split into: Leave Types, Sickness Types, Options and Manual Sync.
Leave Types - your Appogee HR configured Leave Types will show on the left, the Xero Leave types will be available in the column on the right, use the drop down list to configure the mapping. Click Save Changes.
Sickness Types - your Appogee HR configured Sickness Types will show on the left, the Xero Sickness types will be available in the column on the right, use the drop down list to configure the mapping. Click Save Changes.
Options - Choose when you'd like to sync the requests, whether this is automatic or manual, click Save Changes.
Manual Sync - update your Leave or Sickness requests manually by entering Start and End date, this will sync any requests which previously have not been synced.
