More functionality in reviews

We were wondering whether it would be possible to add a button/functionality in the Reviews section.

Currently it can be signed off and submitted by a manager, would it be possible for an employee to make amendments to managers comments or reject them if they disagree with them? Maybe something like dual sign off?
