Pending action notifications on repeating requests

I would suggest that the display for repeating requests notifications on the Dashboard here be reconsidered. The number of leave request notifications received is different to the number of requests to actually action. The dashboard shows notifications based on incidents of repeating requests - misleading in the UI slightly.
