Company Docs Revision Notifications

I still got the review notification as a doc owner despite it already being done first by another employee. It would be useful to be able to dismiss a notification for annual document review as the assigned owner if another colleague has already reviewed and or revised the doc. 

Annual document Review notifications should be able to go to more than one person and be dismissed if anyone else has done it.
