Performance Review - different fields for comments for both Manager and Employees

At the moment this can only be set for both Managers and Employees to either be Mandatory or Optional. We would like to have an additional field, one just for Managers and one just for employees.  

I would like the employee to see what info has been entered but their Managers but no need for them to add their own comments.
