Change completed actions on team actions to notifications

On my dashboard under the team's actions, it is showing a highlighted review for one of our employees.  When I checked, the review was actioned and completed. I don't understand why this is still showing in the ‘action’ box if completed along with the nudge button present.

It would be better if these actions were instead "notifications" to indicate its been completed and does not require any additional input from the employee.
