Shout out widget
It has been suggested that it would be great to have a shortcut widget on your desktop/mobile that took you straight to the shout out dialogue box, making it super quick and easy to send more frequent shouts outs.

There is a + icon at the very top of the left side menu, which will allow you to (among other things) submit a shout-out!
