Shout-Outs across ADU's

We have 2 different business units set up on our system and it appears that you cannot give a shout out for an employee from one ADU to another and vice versa unless you are in the top level ADU.

Would be great if we are able to do cross ADU shoutouts as this is possible without ADU's being in place.
