Review Template / Questions Formatting

It would be great if the review templates had more formatting options in the assessment section.
For example:
- the ability to insert links, bullet points, bold etc in the question boxes
- being able to create drop down boxes, or multiple choice answers for the individuals to select.
Great idea, I agree but could you also add the option to select dates or calendar to select the date and a tick/check box option and lastly the ability to add tables please.
