visible lenght of "select division" field

the "select division" selector field is quite short and, in our case, displays just the part of the designation which is less relevant (i.e. the domain name). Examples: Directory, Organisation - Teams, Organisation-Employees.  

Possible alternatives for improvement: 

*  increase field length to display the full division name    or

*  display the field content right aligned so that as much as possible of the division name is shown
