Sort Team Allowances

It'd be really useful to see which team members have the most unused leave allowance. We could do this by sorting the allowance table by each column heading: sorting by remaining allowance in descending order would enable me to see who has the most outstanding leave and therefore needs to be nagged into taking it (because they're running out of time to take the statutory minimum days this year, for example).
