Manage company documents in bulk

We are introducing 10 new policies at once and need to set up monitors for each one. 

Currently, there is no way to manage company documents in bulk, meaning that it will be necessary to open each one to set up the monitor. 

In addition to this, I will also need to delete all of the old policies one at a time.

It would therefore be useful to have a way of managing the company documents in bulk.
