Automate downloading of csv files

We are using Appogee leave and would like to integrate the information with our financial data and time-sheet data into a SQL Server data warehouse. Would it be possible for you to schedule a job to regularly send us specific csv files (maybe via FTP) please? I'm trying to think of a way that doesn't involve one of us from manually having to save files.
