Could the the request window texts be changed to make its use clearer
For example, could it be changed to 'New request/addition' and then when request type buttons appear, could we have 'New leave/TOIL request', 'Sick Leave' and 'Add TOIL to your record'? This way, employees will distinguish between the button take TOIL off, and the button to have TOIL increased.
This has been implemented.
When requesting to Add time to the allowance (TOIL Claim) the dialog shows as follows:
If an employee wishes to take the time back using up their TOIL allowance, they can submit a Leave Request with the type of TOIL.
