Reviews process / documentation

I would love to see the ability to manage review processes in Appogee HR. For example the ability to gather feedback on an employee from other employees by sending them a link to a private page where they can fill this in. 

It would also be great to be able to store objectives as objects in Appogee, rather than relying on linked Google docs.
