How do I log in?
Go to the following link: https://app.appogeehr.com/login
You can log into Cintra People HR using the following methods:
- Single Sign On
- Sign in with Google
- Sign in with Microsoft
- Sign in with Xero
- Email Address & Password
My welcome link has expired
Please request a new log in link from your HR Manager or systems administrator
I don't receive the password reset link
Try logging in with the single sign on buttons shown in the above screenshot
Please also ask your HR Manager to check that your email address has been spelt correctly
How do I change my password?
Head to this link: https://app.appogeehr.com/password-reset
Please make sure any new password includes at least:
- at least one lowercase letter
- at least one uppercase letter
- at least one number
- at least one of these special characters:
- # $ ^ + = ! * ( ) @ % &
- minimum 12 characters
I get a message saying that my password has been disabled
This means that your company has disabled password login and you'll need to use one of the single sign on buttons.
I've forgotten my password
To reset your password, go to app.appogeehr.com/login and press "recover your password". Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password.
I've restored a previous employee as they have re-joined, why can't they login?
You'll need to check that their Login Status is set to enabled as this may have stayed as disabled from when their last employment ended.
To check this go to Roles & Access > Login & Access > Find the employee's name and change the login status column to "Enabled".
