Personalising Checklists

We would like to be able to personalise the items from a checklist template or change the name. The idea would be that we could have a generic template but then change the title to include the employee's name (if it is a new starter) or include the job title (if it is a recruitment checklists).

We could then have a default checklist but customise it for each individual scenario
