Request - Leave years to always align with start of employment date.

At the moment I have to have 12 work profiles to allow an employee to have their leave year always align with their start date.

I also therefore have to have another 12 work profiles for the 3 d week workers.

This really messes up the admin and managing 24 work profiles is a real PITA.

Or, am I missing something?
