Adding fields that are viewable by all employees

It would be great if we can edit the Bio section to have specific questions that we want employees to answer and then have access so that all employees can view these. We are looking to remove job titles and so need to flesh out people's bios to help everyone understand what makes each person tick, their strengths, skills sets etc. At the moment, the single Bio box isn't enough to capture this and if we create a separate table, there is no option to allow all others in the business to view it.

So perhaps the alternative is to have a security option of allowing all employees to view fields?
