Notification Message Placeholders to tell you what has changed

Could it be possible to include what has changed in the HR notifications please?  For example, rather than it saying [field name] has been updated by [updated by], I'd like to know what it has been updated to.


For example, we have notifications set to go to our payroll department when the salary/job history is updated, but it doesn't tell them what's changed, just that it has changed, meaning they then have to login to Appogee and check each one individually, it would be good if the notification could read [field name] has been updated to [field] by [updated by] on date etc.

I hope that makes sense.
