Ability to have a default Timesheet

Similar to the default routine for location, it would be good for the timesheets to auto-populate with the employees' working hours. Then they can confirm or edit any changes, rather than manually adding in the times every day. 

Most employees submit timesheets on a weekly basis rather than in real-time so this would help them greatly.
