Timesheet approval flow

We would appreciate having the option of a Timesheet approval flow. We require this for ensuring OT and TOIL is recorded accurately and not abused.  Essentially timesheets are a simple way to control the hours worked by the employee and ensure compliance with WTR. Having the manager's approval would be the sensible next step to ensure everyone complies.
