Appogee is an HR tool and holiday planner as far as I'm aware, whereas this sounds like you want a workflow tool like Microsoft Project?

I agree - however they recently introduced Time management; and added the notion of customers, projects and tasks so the lines are blurring - I've been testing the Projects & tasks piece and this request is an extension of the work they've already done
