Location updated automatically for Leave requests

Can Location automatically pull through a persons Leave data, so the two elements communicate?  So when someone requests holiday or sickness or indeed any other type of Leave the location planner & calendar is updated automatically.  I'm surprised this isn't already a feature as its all the same the product.
