It is a bit frustrating that the totals reported for locations only show if they have confirmed. It means that I need to nag people to confirm before they come in, whereas naturally they would confirm once they are there.It would be nice to have a "tentative" and "confirmed" count.

Or even if the default routine can show in the calendar - maybe as a different colour if still not confirmed.
We've updated both the location report and the location calendar to show planned locations as well as confirmed locations.
There's also now system notifications to employees who haven't booked their locations.
You can set these up from System Config > General Settings > Location.
