System to calculate the according hours/days when changing Work Profile.

When changing an employee from Work Profile with different Leave Start Months, rather than manually calculating their remaining allowance it would be great if the system could calculate this by entering a date of the change. 

This way there wouldn't be any confusion when changing the employee's Work Profile.
