Bi-weekly working rota

we have employees who work the same number of hours each week, but have a different working rota on alternating weeks. We cannot currently create an accurate work profile for them, as we would have to "fudge" the hours to make it add up. It would be really useful to have a bi-weekly rota facility for these instances.
