Add additional length of service option
Currently the minimum length of service that can be defined for adding to the default annual entitlement is 1 year, we would like the option for 6 months to be added to this list from the employee start date.

Really looking for the ability to do the following:
+2 Days given upon hiring - default entitlement
+5 Days (7 total days) after 3 months
