I would like the option to allow "Team Members" & "All employees" to see certain basic fields eg. Private Phone Number.

Hi Steen

This is not something we plan on implementing as security is an important aspect of the system. However, you can add 2 custom fields to the Employee Directory, which may help you in this instance. You can set these up by going to System Config > General Settings > Directory.
