Expand to allow 4 - 6 Custom Leave Types with Allowance Tracker

In some countries, we have Government led initiatives that helps support Families as well as to contribute to the nation. This comes in the form of Additional paid leaves and national service leaves that the government will reimburse the company. These comes with an allowance that needs to be tracked, and we have fully utilized Custom 1 and 2 for other leave trackers.
