Allow Job History to be added in bulk

We are moving to Appogee HR and therefore have a lot of pre-existing data to migrate.

For most data, this can be done in bulk, however, for the Job History data, it is currently not possible to import in bulk.

It would be very useful if there was a way to do this and would be consistent with the rest of the product and save us time.
