Checklists link to employee profiles

I was looking at an employee profile and when I clicked on Checklists, the system reverted back to my own personal profile, showing my checklists rather than the checklists assigned to the employee.

It would be useful to have checklists linked to employee profiles, so when you are on an employee's profile then go to checklists, you can look at their assigned checklists, or assign them one.
