Length of Service - Add new option to give full increase for employees who start part way through the year

To add a new option to the Length of Service formula to add the full increase should they have worked there for that time during the next leave year. Giving the option to remove any part increases.
This would help a lot. All employees get the reciprocal part of the annual leave in the first calendar year hired. After that period and at the start of next calendar year all employees get a full amount of vacation days to use.
This has now been implemented. We have added an additional option in the Length of Service allocation settings. This means you can now allocate additional Leave Allowance to employees at the turn of the Leave Year following their hire.
